Acland Homes offer bespoke solutions specific to our customers’ needs. We deliver premium quality properties, but at great value prices.
On most of our developments our customers are able to influence the final specification of their properties by securing homes off plan with only a £1,000 deposit (subject to terms).
By combining our experience with market intelligence Acland Homes has a track record of identifying development opportunities in the places that people want to live.
Acland Homes ethos is to focus on our customers, our suppliers and our workforce to ensure that they are all treated fairly as we look to grow the company into a leading SME house builder.
For our customers this means we ensure they are kept happy throughout their house buying journey, from helping select the right property, through its development and completion, through to the final moving in and through any aftercare requirements.
For our suppliers and workforce this means paying fair prices for services we receive and paying for these services on time.
