Stephen is a chartered town planner and experienced house-builder having worked at a senior level for Bellway Homes PLC and Story Homes Ltd over the last 10 years. In 2019 Stephen resigned from full time employment to grow Acland Homes and a new arm of a planning and land consultancy practice.

Chris is a Chartered Engineer with a Masters Degree in Aerospace Engineering and has worked in the Aerospace & Defence industry since 2005. Also qualified with a Masters in Business Administration, and a Chartered Manager, Chris has been working in the property sector since 2011 and working with Stephen and Jamie to grow Acland homes in a sustainable manner. Chris is completing an MSc in Real Estate development.

Jamie has a BSc in Software Engineering and over 15 years experience in the utilities industry delivering projects on time and in budget whilst under constant pressure from all sides. He uses these skills to help ensure Acland Homes achieves the goals set out and always strives for excellence.

Stephen is a Senior Strategic Planning Officer with Durham University with a degree in Mathematics and has over 15 years’ experience in delivering projects, competitor analysis and price setting. Stephen has worked in the property sector since 2006, renovating and restoring multiple properties all within budget.
